It is very simple to order your bear. The easiest way is to click the paypal button next to your chosen bear. Doing this will direct you to paypals web site were you can make a secure payment. If you do not have a paypal account you can email me through the below link and reserve your bear. If you order this way you may pay by personal cheque or postal order (available to UK residents only). Bears ordered by this method will only be reserved for 1 week. If payment has not arrived within this time the bear will be re-advertised for sale.

Once you have paid your adoption fee your bear will be posted out the very next morning, unless the next day is a Sunday of course!
Bears costing up to £40 will be posted to uk addresses by 1st class recorded delivery. Bear travelling overseas will be sent 1st class by airmail. Bears costing over £40 will be posted by special delivery to UK addresses and by International signed for to overseas buyers. All bears are fully insured while in transit.
If you wish to adopt more than one bears they can all travel together. As of 27-2-09 postage is free to all buyers.
ORDERED A BEAR BUT NOT HEARD FROM US?
Whenever you order a bear you will be emailed to confirm your order. If you do not hear from us, don't worry. Go to your paypal account and check if the payment has been claimed. If it says 'not claimed' please cancel the payment and email me. No money will have left your account.
OUR GUARENTEE TO YOU
If you adopt a Baybee Bear and are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a refund. It must be returned in the same condition it arrived in and within 7 days of purchase. When it arrives back to us you will be sent a refund. Please note that postal charges are not refundable.
